We are entering a slow phase ... the walls are closed in, Kirk has been applying joint compound to the sheetrock, and  when it is dry, painting. That's about all that has been happening. Today Joe took some measurements for cabinets, I sent Ellen a check for the deposit on the counters, and Linda ordered the sinks.  We are in the dog days now. 

Just a few more decisions to make ... principally tiles in the back splash.

The east wall painted. It's beginning to look like a room.



Two coats of white on the ceiling ... a bit more

and we'll be ready to install the lights. Then we will find out just how bright it really is.
